The Forma™ Full Face Foam Cushion and Silicone Seal is designed to allow for a comfortable fit with a maximum seal. CPAP Mask Cushions are recommended for replacement every 3 months.
The Forma™ Full Face CPAP Mask Cushion will fit below your chin to ensure your seal is a perfect one while treating your Sleep Apnea. The cushion is made of FlexiFoam™ and a Silicone Seal so that you get the best of both worlds, fit and comfort. The FlexiFoam™ enhances comfort while the Silicone Seal ensures a proper seal.

Due to the oils your face releases, cleaning of the mask and the constant wear and tear your Forma™ Cushions go through, it is recommended that the FlexiFoam™ and Silicone Seal are replaced every 3-6 months.
