Q: What do I need to begin the AutoShip program?
A: You will need a CPAP Device. Let us know what you own and we will send your replacement filters, tubing, and other accessories. You will also need to send in the form below (PDF) to set up your account.
Q: Which supplies are sent?
A: Depending on your needs and CPAP/BiPAP machines- Tubing, cushions, pillows, masks, headgear, chin straps, chambers and filters are some of the most requested options.
Q: At what intervals are supplies sent?
A: Your supplies will be grouped into intervals based on when each part is meant to be replaced for optimal machine performance, most often in three and six month intervals.
Q: When is my card charged?
A: Your card will be charged monthly on the date of purchase.
Q: I would like to upgrade/cancel/restart my AutoShip plan.
